Beach Yoga

Surf Saunton have partnered up with M.J. Robertson to provide yoga classes on the beach at Saunton. Combining surfing and yoga can help achieve better results for those who join, both in and out of the water. Surfing at a high level requires a clear, focused mind as well as core strength and flexibility. This combination of skill and enhanced mentality can not only raise your level of surfing but can improve focus day to day.

M. J.’s been teaching yoga and meditation internationally for over a decade, hosting surf and yoga retreats in some of the best surf destinations in the world. She is a published author and the founder of All To Love, an online lifestyle brand dedicated to sustainability, spirituality and freedom. She is known for her fun, intuitive and authentic teaching style, which is suitable for all.

Her classes at Saunton will include meditation, breath work, energising and restorative movement, with a special focus on poses that will enhance your surf skills. She effortlessly blends traditional yogic techniques, from different styles, including Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini and Strala to create an inspirational and uplifting experience. She’s thrilled to be collaborating with Surf Saunton and bringing yoga to one of the most beautiful beaches in the UK!
